Coffee Lovers’ Collab Hop

I’ve been having a blast creating cards with my newest coffee stamps released this month.

Here is one of my faves…

For this fun card I went with sort of a love/valentine theme. I’m all about mixed media and textures these days so this card features both!

The gray background panel was stamped (Texture Tiles 9), splattered, smooshed, doodled on and glittered up!! 😀 The large heart was die cut out of some fun patterned paper I have had for ages. Then the edge was outlined with marker and I splattered some white paint on it. (I LOVE SPLATTERS!!)

The pink coffee mug was stamped (I Like Big Cups) and fussy cut from a fun watercolor background I created when I was messing around with my new stencil (Delightfully Delicate Stencil). I added some marker outlining around the edges and some white highlights (UniPosca Paint Pen) to finish off the image.

I just LOVE gray and pink together, don’t you?

For the sentiment I stamped part of a sentiment (Coffee Talk) on a strip of white paper. The word “Coffee” was die cut (Coffee Word Die) from white cardstock and glittered up with Stickles. All the elements were popped up with foam tape because…well…ya just gotta have lots of dimension! 😀

I also added some hand drawn hearts with marker in different spots for another fun touch of detail.

Isn’t it so fun?? I just love how it turned out. 😀
