Clean and Simple Birthday

Stamps used: Make a Wish & Texture Tiles 8

Clean and simple seems to be my go-to these days especially when I don’t have a lot of time or I have limited supplies on hand (like when I was out of town recently for three weeks).

For this card I added a bit of watercolor to the card front and stamped some Swiss dots over top. The party hat was stamped with a gray distress oxide ink and colored with Prisma colored pencils. I cut the image out with scissors (I’m old school sometimes) and popped it up with foam tape. The top of the hat was also stamped with distress oxide ink and cut out with scissors.

I even stamped the inside thanks to my new Humorous Birthday Innies set. 😁 The candle is also from Make a Wish and the little accents are from this month’s stamp of the month Bold Birthdays.

Do you stamp something on the insides of your cards? I definitely love having stamps that can be used for that!
